Have you ever been depressed?

Imtiaz Super Market There are nothing and no feeling worse than being depressed . Depression is not just a medical illness; it is like a swamp where you keep sinking. It’s like somebody is constantly pulling your leg and you can’t shove them off. Throughout the day you have to pretend that you’re okay… that you’re fine. You have to constantly smile and greet, work and reach your targets and do all this while internally, you can’t even breathe. You just want to lie in your bed and cry. Sometimes not even cry, just be quiet. So quiet that people forget you even exist. That even you forget you exist. Unfortunately, life doesn’t work that way. No matter how much you would rather want to disappear and not have to deal with any relation, any worldly responsibility, any pressure… time doesn’t stop for anyone. No matter what it is that you faced, no matter how horrible it was… you have to stand up and get back on your feet. You have to live your life again. I know it seem...

Happy Fathers Day Since I was a kid, I always loved shopping and I completely consider my father responsible for that. Whether it was when I got upset about something or if I had achieved something and we wanted to celebrate it, my father would always take me out to shop. He took me along with him so I could choose whatever gift I wanted and not create a fuss if I didn’t like what he brought. I remember very well that our most favorite spot to shop used to be Imtiaz Super Market for various reasons. Firstly, because almost all the branches of Imtiaz are so massive, as a kid I always got excited going to such a huge place, jam-packed with people. Secondly, there is literally every type of goods available at that place which is perfect if you want to buy something but doesn’t have a particular thing in mind. From coloring books and activity pads to eatables, cosmetics, garments, and toys, I could choose from anything. Gift Card Years later, today I am at a point where I c...
